Bill Gates releases mosquitoes during conference for malaria awareness

Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft, tried to show people the problem with malaria while speaking at the TED conference. He did so by releasing a swarm of mosquitos. He let them go, and after a minute, revealed that the mosquitos did not have malaria. It was first reported on by Dave Morin, Facebook's manager. He said, "Gates just released mosquitos into the audience at TED and said, not only poor people should experience this" followed by a smiley face.

I thought that this was a very good idea, and that Bill Gates is a smart man for doing something like this.
